I prefer direct, white-glove communication. Your custom training blocks and nutrition protocols are delivered straight to your email via detailed PDFs. For daily support, form checks, and questions, you have direct access to my personal WhatsApp. You aren't just a number in an automated system.

Do I need a gym membership? +

Yes, unless you have a fully equipped home gym. To build serious muscle or dramatically alter your physique, you need access to free weights and machines. For in-person clients, you will train with me directly in Goole.

I have an injury, can I still train? +

Yes. We train around injuries, not through them. Because you have direct access to me, I can instantly adjust your programming and biomechanical setup to ensure you keep progressing safely.
